Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS - A non- refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is required at the time of booking. Reservations are not considered confirmed until a deposit is received. The deposit is part of your final payment which is due 60 days before departure. Failure to make this final payment will result in cancellation of reservation.

ACCOMMODATIONS - As indicated.

MEALS - As indicated.

TRANSFERS - By private deluxe air-conditioned motor coach.

AIR TRANSPORTATION - Round-trip transportation by ALITALIA AIRLINES and/or CONTINENTAL AIRLINES.

BAGGAGE AND PORTERAGE - Transportation and porterage are for one average suitcase per person. One carry on bag per person may be taken but must remain in the possession of the passenger at all times. This hand baggage must fit under the seat in front of you.

MICHELANGELO TOURS accepts no liability for loss or damage to the luggage by the airlines or during the tour.

TAXES - The cost of the tour includes U.S. departure taxes, government and local taxes.

SIGHTSEEING TOURS AND EXCURSIONS - As indicated in the itinerary.

SPECIAL SERVICES - A professional TOUR ESCORT for the duration of the tour.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - All cancellations must be in writing. For cancellations received 45 to 16 days before departure, 25% penalty of the land price. 15 days before departure to departure day, 100% penalty of the land cost. Other cancellation fees may be imposed by the suppliers and the airlines.

REVISION FEES - After the original booking is made, a $75.00 fee will be imposed for any changes.

AIRLINES CANCELLATION FEES - After the ticket is issued a cancellation fee will be imposed by the airline.

LOST TICKETS - A fee will be charged by the airline for any lost or stolen ticket.

REFUNDS FOR UNUSED PORTION - No refunds will be made for services not taken.
